EXPRESS DELIVERY
All complete in-stock orders, where e-transfer is received or a credit card is successfully authorized before noon Eastern Time on a business day, may be shipped the same day. All other shipments will be sent the next business day or when the custom order is complete. Customers will be notified with shipping date and tracking number.
Goods Damaged in Shipping:
Wave Fibre Mill is not liable for damages once the shipment is in the hands of any carrier.
If goods appear to have been damaged it transit Wave Fibre Mill will open a case with the carrier. As part of this process photo documentation is required showing damage to the product and the packaging. The customer must keep all packing materials and products until the claim is settled.
Secondary Shipping Company:
Wave Fibre Mill insurance is valid for the duration of time in transit with Canada Post. Wave Fibre Mill does not cover any damage caused while in transit with a secondary shipping company.
Refused Delivery:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct and complete. Wave Fibre Mill will not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. In the case where a shipment is returned to us, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less shipping charges and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.
